Our History

Founded in 2004, and headquartered in Houston, TX, New Fluid Solutions operates an oilfield group that has more than 40 years combined experience in supplying and internally developing a broad range of patented oil-based and water-based drilling fluid products.

The founder and the president, Mano Shaarpour has been in the drilling fluid industry, since 1970. Mano has worked as a Drilling Fluid Engineer for over 20 years both on and offshore around the globe. Later in his career he worked in the product development arena where he has received a total of five U.S. Patents for various chemical inventions. New Fluid Solutions is proud to provide many patented technologies to the drilling fluid industry.
