NFS-100
ASM™ is a proprietary blend of acid-soluble minerals and
polymers designed to help seal and bridge a wide range of fracture
sizes in a productive zone. NFS-100 ASM is also an effective
seepage control agent. This process can help control, reduce
or shut-off produced water from oil and gas wells, thus reducing
the overall transportation cost.
NFS-Plug™
Process is a dewatering system that can be applied through the
drill string into any fracture to create a strong bridge across
the loss zone. This unique process can be applied with the rig
equipment to place the slurry inside the fracture and then perform
a squeeze to begin the dewatering process. The NFS-Plug process
can cure losses instantly without time or temperature dependency.
NFS-Black
Seal® is a graphite base blend of several resilient
materials including fibers and minerals plus carbon products,
designed to help reduce seepage losses during the drilling
of a depleted zone, especially in synthetic based fluids.
NFS-Black Seal can be mixed in all types of drilling and
completion fluids, i.e. Aqueous and Non Aqueous fluids.
The concentration of up to 30 pounds per barrel of this
unique product will not increase ECD, thus helping to
reduce or eliminate seepage losses.
NFS-FiberLex™ is an organic loss circulation material that prevents seepage loss and reduces torque and drag. It is an effective sealing and bridging material for depleted sands. NFS-FiberLex™ is available in fine, medium and coarse grades.
NF-Seal™
is a graphite base blend of several resilient materials,
designed to help in reducing seepage losses during the
drilling of a depleted zone. NF-Seal can be combined with
any existing fiber or other fine LCM on location at the
rate of 80/20 to form a strong bridge.
NFS-Cement Shield™ is a dewatering system that can be applied through the drill string into any fracture to create a strong bridge ahead of any cement job to aid cement to the surface through
reducing or eliminating channeling by filling all cracks, micro-fractures and cavernous formations. The NFS-Cement Shield™ can cure mud and cement losses instantly without time or temperature
dependency.
NFS-Super Squeeze™is a dewatering system that can be applied directly into the well bore to create a strong bridge. A broad PSD range can assist reducing or eliminating major mud losses by
filling all vugular and cavernous formations. This unique process can be applied with open–ended or bypass sub. NFS-Super Squeeze™ can cure mud losses instantly without time or temperature
dependency.
